Eagleby is an established area located on the northern end of the Gold Coast in the Brisbane growth corridor. Eagleby benefits from close proximity to Championship Golf Courses, National parks, Albert River and Moreton Bay.

Beenleigh town centre is located adjacent and is a hub for local service, retail and food shopping. Logan Hyperdome major shopping centre is nearby.

Eagleby’s socio-demographic profile is dominated by mainly married couples aged between 20 and 39. Employment is mostly in trade, clerical, production and transport jobs.

YATALA ENTERPRISE AREA (YEA)
5 mins drive from Eagleby is the Yatala Enterprise Area; South East Queensland’s most vital industrial land resource for light and general production.

The Yatala Enterprise Area is a key part of the Gold Coast City Council’s Pacific Innovation Corridor program; a long term economic growth plan with a focus on valuable expansion markets.

YEA currently has around 8000 workers with employment expected to increase to between 14,000 – 16,000 workers in the next five years.
